Evening speedy. Some Dale pikemen/swordsmen and Bardian archers kicking some Horsemaster of Rhun ass ;) For TLD of course.

I would like to know what kind of armor that is called exactly?

Do you know, I just love the tile like design it has.

Reminds me of the Qin army in a way. Very Oriental.

the colors are actually a very minor adjustment here :) It's all painted monochromatic and then quickly painted over in a color layer and finally color adjusted to look blueish :)

thanks a lot :) I could maybe add a bigger version, but it's not really that good. The bigger it is, the better all the mistakes show :D

I know that from my own experience - it's in fact some kind of trick to hide the flaws :D :P

Awesome, as always. :)

Speaking of Middle Earth, ever played the LOTR:TW mod for Rome: Total War? I just downloaded it the other day, it's pretty sweet.

I've played Fourth Age, but not the movie based mod. I wanted to download it too, but it's for Alexander and I have only BI. :(

Ah, that's a shame. CA/Sega really did a dumb job with the whole "only release it online" thing. The Fourth Age is fun, but really not superior to LotR:TW (unlike what they claim). LotR has better skins and a better map, and much better unit stats...whereas Fourth Age has some new voices, better buildings, and is more true to what little lore it has to base it on. I still play LotR:TW more than TNS:TW, though, simply because it's so much bigger and there are soooo many factions that it never gets old. I'd say it's worth getting Alexander just for it.

Anyway, enough of my babbling. Keep up the good work. :)

hmmm...I'm mostly playing Chivalry as I abandoned Europa Barbarorum for being too hard (I guess I suck :D), but I think I'll try to get Alexander somehow. Thanks for the tip.

Bah, play Medieval 2 for that! And Alexander you can buy online or *cough* acquire in shady places.

M II sucks. I don't like it. Besides, it doesn't run on my comp here ;) Chivalry is just fine..
