Another illustration for Dračí Doupě II. (see the Hrun the Barbarian painting for more info)

This one shows the rough types of equipment load the players can carry around.

Lots of fun with ArtRage's pencil and watercolor.

They're not actually meant to be sketches, more like pencil + watercolour illustrations. But thanks!

Cool. Still, I'd say the first one and the second one have no striking difference, as their silhouettes are roughly similar. First one carries no luggage, but has those broad sleeves and this freesome garment. It takes good looking to understand that the second one is more heavily equipped.
But the pictures are great!

Yeahm, I noticed this too, but it was after I started rendering the costumes and I was too lazy to change it. Erm, we'll see, maybe I'll change it before it goes in the book. :/

Ah, this reminds me of rpg sessions I had with my friends... good memories indeed, the funniest part (at least for me) was character creation and deciding what to carry. I usually illustrated characters and npcs for our rpg campaigns, hence this theme feels so familiar :)

Excellent technique and detailed style for book/booklet/guide illustration. I prefer this kind of drawings, absolutely. This shows nicely some of those guys values... travelling light, or being a "beast of burden".

Thank you! The idea is to show these teenage boys who'll be playing - this is what you look like and that's why you can't jump over the fiery chasm. That's why you can't swing that sword of yours properly.

If I remember correctly, we didn't bother much with weight of equipment during our RPG sessions. And maybe we should've, our characters dragged around enormous amounts of stuff. :D

It's a great piece of software for the money! I'm still discovering new ways I can use it to very nice effect.
